How do I place an order? Start by completing your health intake form at lumarawell.com/pages/get-started. Once submitted you'll be redirected to our shop to browse and order your protocol.

Do I need a prescription? Yes. All peptide and compound therapies at Lumara Well require a valid prescription. A board certified provider reviews every intake form and issues prescriptions at her clinical discretion.

How long does it take to receive my order? Once your intake is reviewed and your order is placed, typical turnaround is 3–7 business days for compounding and shipping.

What is a 503A compounding pharmacy? A licensed pharmacy that prepares custom medications for individual patients based on a valid prescription. Lumara Well partners with Juleb Rx, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.

Are these peptides FDA approved? The peptides at Lumara Well are compounded medications prepared specifically for you by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.

Do you accept insurance? Lumara Well does not bill insurance. All services are self-pay. Many clients use HSA or FSA accounts for eligible purchases.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer telehealth? Yes. Lumara Well offers telehealth services nationwide across the United States. In-person consultations are also available in Utah.

Is my health information secure? Yes. Your health intake is protected under HIPAA and stored securely using HIPAA-compliant JotForm infrastructure.

What is your refund policy? Because all products are custom-compounded for you specifically, all sales are final once your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. Contact hello@lumarawell.com within 24 hours if you have concerns.
